- The Legado de Liedos de Altos de Iberia is a quality Serrano ham. Its fat content allows it to heal slowly and naturally with the air of the mountains that surround the Altos de Iberia wineries. It is characterized by being a cured ham with little salt. Without missing these principles, Legado de Liedos is the smallest and with the least fat of the ones we make in Altos de Iberia, which is why it needs less time to mature. Even so, it has an average curing time that exceeds 15 months.
